LGBTQ+ Affirming Coaching
You’ve been performing belonging for long enough.
Held & Seen Coaching offers LGBTQ+ affirming support for people navigating identity, relationships, belonging, and self-acceptance with a queer Latina coach who has experienced many of the same challenges you face.
You are out. You are still managing every room.
You have learned how to keep your life functioning while navigating identity, family, culture, work, and belonging. Most people see that you are managing. Few understand what it costs you.
You are visible and still hiding.
You may have been out for years, but you still decide how much of yourself each person or setting can handle. You are tired of scanning the room before you enter it.
Acceptance still comes with conditions.
You manage the gap between who you are and what the people closest to you are willing to accept. You may have lost relationships after coming out and still wonder what you gained in return.
Your life works. It still does not feel like yours.
You keep showing up, meeting responsibilities, and maintaining relationships, but all of this affects you more than people realize. You want more than a life that simply functions.
This is not about coping better. It is about living fully.
Most clients arrive managing. They leave building. There is a difference between a life that works and a life that is actually yours.
Language for your experience
You leave with words for what managing your identity has cost, what conditional acceptance has done, and what you have been grieving without naming.
A life that is actually yours
You gain a clearer sense of what you are building toward in your relationships, work, and community, based on your real values rather than other people’s expectations.
More steadiness around family
Family gatherings become easier because you know what you will and will not allow, what you are protecting, and what you are genuinely willing to offer.
A map of your relationships
You understand which relationships deserve your energy and which ones you have been maintaining from habit or fear, and you stop confusing the two.
One clear process. Two ways to be supported.
This work is available through private coaching or a small group cohort with other LGBTQ+ adults who understand what it means to perform belonging, manage every room, and want something more.
A space built around your whole story.
Individual coaching shaped around your identity, relationships, family dynamics, culture, workplace decisions, and the life you are ready to build on your own terms.
Twelve weeks back to yourself.
The Identity Journey is a structured 12-week program for LGBTQ+ adults who are out, but still managing more than living. Groups are professionally led and limited to eight people.

You deserve more than a coach who is simply affirming. You deserve someone who understands the cultural pressure, family dynamics, workplace decisions, and ongoing question of how much of yourself to bring into each room.
