LGBTQ+ Affirming Coaching

You've been performing belonging for long enough

Held & Seen Coaching offers LGBTQ+ affirming support for people navigating identity, relationships, belonging, and self acceptance with greater confidence and authenticity.

No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation.

Built for People Navigating the Cost of Conditional Acceptance

This work is designed for LGBTQ+ individuals navigating emotional realities that often go unnamed: family systems shaped by faith or silence, cultural expectations, identity concealment, relationship strain, people pleasing, self editing, and the exhausting calculation of how much of yourself feels safe to show. Nothing about those negotiations is superficial. And nothing about them will surprise me here.

The cost of all this is invisible to almost everyone

  • You manage the gap between who you are and what the people closest to you can hold, every single day.

  • You make yourself smaller in certain rooms, certain relationships, certain conversations. Not always. Just enough.

  • You carry the weight of conditional acceptance and the constant effort of figuring out how much of yourself is safe to show.

  • You are still moving through life, still showing up, but the management of all this costs you more than people know.

This is not about
coping better.
It's about living fully.

Yoyce Geronimo Galvan

I built this practice because I spent over a decade inside behavioral health systems and I kept seeing LGBTQ+ individuals who were surviving, functioning, even thriving in certain areas, while carrying an invisible weight that nobody around them was equipped to help with.

You deserve more than a coach who is simply "affirming." You deserve someone who understands the specific shape of what you're carrying: the cultural pressure, the family dynamics, the workplace decisions, the ongoing question of how much of yourself to give to which rooms.

That's what this work is. And that changes how people move through their lives.

✓ 10+ years in behavioral health systems.

✓ Led national initiatives supporting thousands of individuals and families.

✓LGBTQ+ affirming practice built around the specific pressures you carry.

✓ Bilingual: English and Spanish, with deep cultural understanding built into the work.
