FAQs

Coaching helps you build the life you want to live. Together, we'll identify goals, build skills, increase self-awareness, and develop strategies you can apply in your everyday life. This work is educational and goal-oriented.
It may include educational discussions about psychology, communication, relationships, and evidence-informed strategies relevant to your goals. Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
