Structured work. Built entirely around you
The people I work with face challenges that generic coaching was never designed to address.
Whether you're caring for someone with serious mental illness, rebuilding after trauma, or navigating identity and belonging, the work is built around the realities you live with, not around generic motivational advice.

"The right support doesn't ask you to become someone else. It gives you space to become more yourself."
— Yoyce Geronimo Galvan
The work does not stop when the call ends.
Between each session you receive a tailored assignment: a reflection prompt, a structured exercise, or a specific practice, built around the work we are doing.
These assignments are not homework. They are the mechanism by which insight becomes behavior. The sessions create clarity. The between-session work makes it real.
The Foundation
Evidence-Informed
Every part of this practice is built from research on what actually helps people recover, adapt, and move forward.
Research consistently shows that healing isn't just insight. It depends on safety, relationships, pacing, and practicing new ways of responding over time.
That's why every exercise, reflection, and conversation has a purpose.
Trauma-Informed
Trauma-informed does not mean every session is about trauma. It means the entire structure of the engagement is built with an understanding of how significant experiences shape the nervous system, decision-making, relationships, and the body's sense of safety.
We begin where you are today, move at a pace your nervous system can tolerate, and recognize that you're the expert on your own life.
LGBTQ+ Affirming
Decades of research show that living with stigma, rejection, or hiding parts of yourself affects mental health, relationships, and the nervous system. This work is built around who you are.
Whether you're lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, queer, or pansexual, your experiences and the ways family, culture, and society have shaped them inform this work from the beginning, not as background detail. You don't have to spend the first month explaining your life before the real work can begin.
Family-Centered
Family-centered does not mean your family participates. It means the people and systems around you are understood to be part of what you are navigating. The goal is not to fix your family. It is to build your capacity to navigate the family and systems you actually have.
The systems around you matter. Whether that's a partner with bipolar disorder, your family of origin, discrimination, or the aftermath of trauma, we don't pretend those forces don't exist.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps you create meaningful change. Together, we'll clarify your goals, build practical skills, and develop strategies you can apply in everyday life.
Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Many people work with both a therapist and a coach. If you're unsure which type of support is right for you, we'll discuss it during your free consultation.
You've been carrying this long enough
The free call is 30 minutes. We'll talk about what you're carrying, answer your questions, and decide together whether this is the right fit for you.
