You don't have to choose between being fully yourself and being loved.
A small group coaching program for LGBTQ+ adults who are out, but still managing more than living. Twelve weeks back to yourself.
Every phase, another room you walk into differently
This group is for people who've already come out to themselves, and are ready to stop managing it.
This is for you if
- You're out to yourself.
- You still feel like you're performing belonging more than living it.
- You're tired of scanning every room before you enter it.
- You want language and tools, not just relief.
This program helps you find your way back to yourself, before you learned to manage the room.
Coming Back to Yourself
Name what managing your identity has actually cost you, and what you've lost and gained along the way.
Coming Out of Survival Mode
Recognize the alertness minority stress has trained into you, and build real tools for steadiness.
Engaging Without Losing Yourself
Strengthen how you show up in family, cultural, and workplace spaces, without shrinking to fit them.
Building the Life Ahead
Reconnect with who you are outside of managing, and build a life around your real values.
More structure than a support group. More continuity than a workshop.

Yoyce Geronimo Galvan, M.A.
I am a queer Latina coach, the founder of Held & Seen Coaching, and hold a master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. For more than a decade, I have worked across behavioral health, research, equity and inclusion, program development, and community-based services, supporting people navigating trauma, identity, serious mental illness, addiction, and major life transitions.
This program grew from those experiences, my academic training, and my understanding of what it can take to live fully and authentically across different spaces. You do not need to have everything figured out before you join. You only need a place where your whole story matters
