Every engagement runs across 12 sessions of 60 minutes each, organized into four phases: Orientation, Architecture, Navigation, and Integration. Orientation maps what the client is actually carrying. Architecture builds the foundations needed for the long term. Navigation develops practical skills for the relationships and situations that are most difficult. Integration consolidates what has shifted and produces a concrete sustainability plan. Each session is built around what the client brings. Nothing is generic. The engagement begins with a free 30-minute call to determine fit.
